Your Time is Valuable: Pen Bay Medical Center Central Registration Offers Pre-Registration for Outpatient Services

If you are coming to Pen Bay Medical Center for outpatient services, you can decrease your wait time by pre-registering. In order to pre-register, you need to call Kimberly York at 596-8266 to leave a confidential voice mail, or send an e-mail to kyork@penbayhealthcare.org.

Please include your name, date of birth and a daytime phone number where you can be reached. We will get back to you within 24 business hours.

Please note: If you need register for Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech and Hearing, or Cancer Care, you need to call the department directly to pre-register for your appointment.

Physical Therapy: Staff will automatically register you when they receive your orders and verify all information with you on your first visit.
