The PBMC Education Department offers a wide range of community health and wellness programs, including smoking cessation, CPR, Basic Life Support (BLS), first aid, stress management, Prepare for Surgery and babysitting training.

The nurse educators in the department support our professional staff in achieving and maintaining certification in their special areas of expertise.

The department also provides orientation for new employees and nursing staff, a six-week internship program for newly graduated registered nurses, professional development programs, and training in the use of our computerized Medical Information System.
