Introduction to the Pen Bay Center for Sleep Medicine
Penobscot Bay Medical Center has been offering sleep disorder testing since 1997, including every test available for diagnosing sleep disorders.
The Pen Bay Center for Sleep Medicine, now located in the Pen Bay Professional Park on Route 1, helps physicians diagnose and treat sleep disorders. Day and night studies are done to diagnose sleep apnea and other disorders. The disorders are evaluated in the lab under the direction of a pulmonologist who is board certified in sleep medicine.
Our staff have achieved the highest credentials in Sleep Medicine. Dr. Andrew E. Filderman, an experienced board certified sleep specialist, is the medical director at the The Pen Bay Center for Sleep Medicine.
