Health Connections is located at Penobscot Bay Medical Center in Rockport. We have provided comprehensive occupational medicine, health, safety and wellness services to our business community for more than 20 years.
Our focus is on prevention and we understand that a healthy and productive workforce impacts the business community in a positive way.
We also provide high quality urgent care and rehabilitative services with an emphasis on quality and customer satisfaction.
