Kno-Wal-Lin Lincoln County Auxiliary Donates Exercise Bike
Physical therapist Nancy Roby takes advantage of a new exercise bike donated by the Lincoln County Auxiliary to the Newcastle office of Kno-Wal-Lin Home Care and Hospice. The Auxiliary purchased the exercise equipment to support employee participation in Pen Bay Healthcare’s Works on Wellness (WOW!) wellness program initiative. With jobs that keep them on the road and in clients’ homes most of the day, Kno-Wal-Lin’s staff serving Lincoln County decided that the exercise bike would be the best piece of equipment for them to readily use when they come to the office to start and end their work day.
The Lincoln County Auxiliary organizes a variety of fundraisers each year to support the patients and staff of Kno-Wal-Lin. This latest purchase is just one example of their supportive efforts at work.
