From three locations in three counties in Midcoast Maine (Knox, Waldo and Lincoln) Kno-Wal-Lin Home Care and Hospice provides skilled home health care which includes professional nursing services; physical, occupational and speech therapy; social work services; home health aides, certified nursing assistants, personal care assistants, companion homemakers, and visiting and auxiliary volunteers.

Specialty services provided include wound care, ostomy care, home IV therapy, hospice and palliative care. Our programs are supported within our communities and guided by Volunteer Medical Directors and volunteer advisory committees and community members in the board of trustees.
