Hospice House Committee Seeks to Educate, Raise Funds
Pen Bay Healthcare Foundation's newly created Hospice House Committee is comprised of supporters and PBH staff who are working in the community to raise awareness of hospice and to raise funds for Kno-Wal-Lin Home Care and Hospice's planned Hospice House.
The design for the KWL Hospice House, with its contemplative indoor and outdoor spaces, recently won a design award (in the unbuilt building category) from the Portland Society of Architects for Harriman Architects of Portland.
