Patient Satisfaction at Kno-Wal-Lin
Surpasses Goals

Kno-Wal-Lin Home Care and Hospice reports stellar results in a patient satisfaction survey for the 2007-2008 year. Patients expressed their positive view of working with the tri-county home care and hospice agency at a rate of 99 percent, surpassing the agency’s goal of 94 percent.

What’s more, at the end of the last fiscal year, patient satisfaction with Kno-Wal-Lin nurses was at 100 percent. Other quality indicators exceeded the national averages as well as the agency’s goals.

Employees of Kno-Wal-Lin are encouraged to participate in decision-making, are recognized by the agency for their accomplishments, and work as an integrated team for the benefit of those who need them.
