Dozens of Quarry Hill residents gathered outside the Camden retirement community's Anderson Inn on Memorial Day, May 26, for a ceremony of remembrance highlighted by a reading of Abraham Lincoln's Gettysburg Address. Quarry Hill staff member Gail Bunnell (standing in photo) read aloud the names of 43 Quarry Hill residents who served in the armed forces; later, Boy Scouts from Rockland Troop 206 concluded the observance with a ceremonial folding of the Stars and Stripes.
