Thomaston woman is Gala Raffle prize winner
Nancy Ludwig of Thomaston is the winner of the Shall We Dance Gala One Romantic Evening raffle. A member of the gala planning committee, Nancy will receive a basket of prizes from Rockland business owners, including overnight accommodations at the Limerock Inn; a tuxedo rental from House of Cards; wine and cheese from Bricks Restaurant; round-trip gala transportation from Schooner Bay Taxi; a makeover by "From This Day Forward" traveling wedding makeup service; brunch for two compliments of Bruce Gamage Antiques; and a complimentary drink package at the gala along with a corsage and boutonniere from the Gala Committee.
The Shall We Dance Gala is set for Saturday, May 3, from 5 to 10 p.m. at the Owls Head Transportation Museum. Featuring live music by the Tony Boffa Band, a buffet dinner, ballroom performances, and a raffle and live auction, the event promises to be an evening filled with fine food, good friends and great dancing – all in support of the e-ICU (Electronic Intensive Care Unit) at Penobscot Bay Medical Center.
Tickets are $75 per person. Hot and cold hors d'oeuvres will be served all evening. A cash bar serving wine and mixed drinks will be available.
Tickets are available in advance, and, for the first time, are being sold online through the Pen Bay Healthcare website at penbayhealthcare.org/shallwedance. Tickets will be sold at the door. For more information, or to donate a raffle prize, please call 207-594-6799.
