Choice Skyward relocates in Belfast

Mid-Coast Mental Health Center, a division of Pen Bay Healthcare, has announced the relocation of the Choice Skyward offices in Belfast.

Effective March 1, Choice Skyward, an addiction services center, will be joining MCMHC in their offices at 15 Mid Coast Drive. As a result, there are new phone numbers or Choice Skyward: (207) 338-2295 or (207) 701-4400. The Access Department phone number is (207) 701-4446. The new fax number is (207) 338-2388.
