PBMC notice about destruction of 1997 X-ray materials
As of Monday, Feb. 25, 2008, Penobscot Bay Medical Center will be destroying X-ray films taken in 1997. Anyone with questions should call 596-8504.
This notice is distributed in accordance with Maine law 10-144 CMR Chapter 164.
