Pulmonary Rehabilitation
Pulmonary Rehabilitation combines lung health education, exercise, strength training and support to help people with chronic breathing problems learn how to control their shortness of breath and improve their day-to-day lives.
The focus of Pulmonary Rehabilitation is to help you reach your highest possible level of physical and emotional independence by improving your ability to breathe. In addition to our Pulmonary Rehabilitation Program, we offer a free monthly support group, where you can receive additional education and support.
