Register for the free, Freshstart quit smoking program, held over four weeks. Freshstart is designed to help you stop smoking as quickly as possible. Quitting is a two-part process: stopping and staying stopped. Classes are held on Tuesday evenings from 5:30 to 7 p.m.

Attend the free showing of the documentary, FED Up. Please encourage student athletes, coaches, PE and Health teachers to attend the film. Every major health organization in our country has identified obesity as the number one health issue or our time. Each and everyone of us should be concerned about the impact of obesity on our children, our own health and our economy.
