Knox County: Directions to the Kno-Wal-Lin Home Health Care and Hospice Knox County Administrative office in Rockland.

From Bangor (Route 1): (60+ miles) Traveling south on Route 1, drive through Camden, Rockport and enter Rockland. At the traffic light at Maverick Street (beside McDonald's), turn right. This road is also posted as Route 1A Bypass. There is a Burger King and a McDonald's at this intersection. On Maverick Street proceed to a flashing yellow traffic light taking a left onto Broadway/Route 1A Bypass. Take a left turn at the flashing yellow light. Travel south on Broadway through 3 traffic lights. The 4th light is the intersection with U.S. Route 1 and Park Street. The Rockland Police and Fire Station is across the street on one corner, the Stella Maris elderly apartment building is on the right corner.

Go straight through the intersection, past the fire station on your left, over the railroad tracks and take your first available right onto Pleasant Street.  About 1/3 mile your will find KWL is on the left.  The building is cream-colored, with a green metal roof peak in the center.  

From Portland (Route 1): (80+ miles)  Traveling North on Route 1, go through Warren, Thomaston and enter Rockland. You will pass several car dealerships on Route 1 on the Thomaston/Rockland town line. On the right will be a shoe factory outlet in a red building.  Straight ahead is a blue metal sided building for Rockland Welding Supply.  Route 1 slightly curves to the left and Pleasant Street veers to the right. Take that right, Pleasant Street. Travel over 2 sets of railroad tracks, past the Rockland City Hall which is on the right. KWL is just beyond the Nissen's Thrift Store, both on the right.  KWL is the next right. The building is cream-colored with a green metal roof peak in the center.  

From Augusta (Route 17): (45 miles) Traveling east on Route 17 go through Union, West Rockport and enter Rockland. After the "Welcome to Rockland" sign, go straight through a traffic signal, proceed on Route 17. It veers to the right onto North Main Street. At the next traffic signal, with a Mobil Station on your left, turn right onto Broadway/Route 1A Bypass. Go through 2 traffic lights to intersection with Route 1 and Park Street. The Rockland Police and Fire Station is across the street on one corner, the Stella Maris elderly apartment building is on the right corner.

Lincoln County: Directions to the Kno-Wal-Lin Home Health Care and Hospice Lincoln County office in Newcastle.

From Portland (Route 1): Travel north on Route 1. Kno-Wal-Lin is 5.7 miles from the Wiscasset bridge (Red's Eats) on the left, in the Homeport Supply Complex (like a very small mini Mall). Our business name is on the sign in the center of the complex by the road.  

From Bangor (Route 1): Travel south on Route 1. Kno-Wal-Lin is 2 miles after the Route 215 turnoff to Damariscotta Mills, on the right in the Homeport Supply complex (like a very small mini Mall). Our business name is on the sign in the center of the complex by the road.

Waldo County: Directions to the Kno-Wal-Lin Home Health Care and Hospice Belfast.

From Bangor (Route 1): Just before the intersection of routes 1 & 3 in Belfast, exit Route 1 at Route  137 (Waldo Avenue). Turn left  at the stop sign. The Wentworth Professional Building, home to Kno-Wal-Lin,  is 1/10 mile on the right.  PLEASE NOTE: Effective Aug. 17, 2010, our offices are located at 228 Northport Ave., which is Route 1 just south of Belfast and across from Belfast Agway. If  you are traveling south, we are on the left, Agway is on the right.

From Portland (Route 1):  From Route 1 north, pass the intersection with Route 3. Take the first exit on the right after  the bridge to Route 137. Turn left after the exit, then left again by the Belfast Variety Store, then left again to Route 137 (Waldo Avenue).
