Health Matters At Kno-Wal-Lin: Preventing Falls At Home
Kno-Wal-Lin Home Care & Hospice will present “Preventing Falls At Home: What You Need To Know" on Thursday, May 9 from 11a.m. to noon. Complications from injurious falls most often lead to the inability to live independently at home -- or worse. Learn strategies that could significantly reduce your risk for falling at home in this month's talk with Kno-Wal-Lin physical therapist, Kelly Reynolds, MSPT.
The program is part of their ongoing series Health Matters with Kno-Wal-Lin, a collaboration with Spectrum Generations to address ways in which home health and community services can promote one’s best health and well-being at home.
Talks take place at Spectrum Generations' Knox Community Center, 61 Park St. in Rockland on the 2nd Thursday of every month. Programs are free, but registration is requested.
To sign up, please call Spectrum Generations at 596-0339. For more information about Health Matters With Kno-Wal-Lin community talks or events, contact Suzanne Miller at 390-4524 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
