The Mother’s Milk Network is a support group for breastfeeding families. The format is informal. It provides group interaction as well as individual assistance when needed. Pregnant moms wanting a little more information about breastfeeding are also welcome.

Freshstart is a free program designed to help you quit smoking in two weeks. The program consists of four classes, each class is an hour and a half long. Classes are held on Tuesday evenings at the Picker Family Resource Center on the campus of Pen Bay Medical Center in Rockport. As a patient, a tobacco treatment specialist is available to you at no charge. These visits can be helpful if you are thinking about quitting smoking or if you are having cravings.…
