Jess Day of Midcoast Music Together will offer an eight-week Babies Music Together Class for parents/caretakers and their babies, newborn to age eight months. Babies and parents meet for 45 minutes each week to experience new songs, chants, lullabies, movement activities and instrumental play while connecting with other families and learning about babies’ development through music-making experiences. Are you thinking about quitting tobacco? Join Tobacco Treatment Specialist Carla Kaler for “When Willpower isn’t Enough.” Learn and talk about common barriers and misconceptions about quitting tobacco; coping strategies for overcoming habitual, emotional and physical dependence on tobacco; identifying personal motivation for quitting and developing a quit plan.
