Freshstart is a free program designed to help you quit smoking in two weeks. The program consists of four classes, each class is an hour and a half long. Classes are held on Tuesday evenings at the Picker Family Resource Center on the campus of Pen Bay Medical Center in Rockport. As a patient, a tobacco treatment specialist is available to you at no charge. These visits can be helpful if you are thinking about quitting smoking or if you are having cravings.…

Jess Day of Midcoast Music Together will offer an eight-week Babies Music Together class for parents/caretakers and their babies, newborn to age 8 months.
